Flanked by Nicaragua and Costa Rica it’s no surprise that El Salvador’s watery edges play host a range of wave-riding options. Sunzal is the most famous – and consistent – break with long right handers reeling off over a shallow rock reef. But head up and down the coast and you’ll find similar setups with no crowds and tepid water.
