Chia Breakfast Recipe for Surfers

This breakfast provides slow release energy and the antioxidant power of berries.
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- ¼ cup fresh berries
- Honey (for taste)
- Cinnamon Cacao (optional)
Add 1 cup non-fat Greek yoghurt in a bowl. Top with 1 tbsp Chia seeds and ¼ cup fresh berries (or other seasonal fruit). Drizzle with honey for taste. As a finishing touch, sprinkle cinnamon or cacao.
